Yes. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, and outside them we still pick up for genuine emergencies. A real person answers the phone, not a recording or a dispatcher across the country. Most calls, emergency or not, get resolved the same day.
We warranty all of our workmanship, with different terms for different kinds of jobs. The one thing we can't cover is fixtures a client supplies themselves. And if a repair doesn't actually solve the problem, you aren't charged for it. We'd rather make it right.
