Either way, you'll get a flat-rate quote once we've seen the job.

Call the same number. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, and outside them a real person still picks up for a genuine emergency, not a machine. Tell us what's happening and we'll get to you as fast as we can. Burst pipes and major leaks don't wait, and neither do we.

Our primary areas with same-day scheduling are Prince Edward County (Picton, Wellington, Bloomfield, Milford, Carrying Place), Belleville, and Quinte West. We also serve Brighton and Napanee, plus Shannonville, Deseronto, and surrounding Eastern Ontario communities. If your town isn't on the list, call anyway; we may still serve your area.

We come out and look the job over for a $49 diagnostic fee, explain what's going on in plain terms, and give you one flat-rate price. The $49 is waived as soon as you go ahead with the work. That price is what you pay, even if the work runs longer than expected, with no hourly clock and no surprise number at the end. You approve the quote before we start.

We show up when we said we would, put booties on at the door, and treat your home with respect. We'll explain the problem and the fix before we begin, and if we spot something unrelated that needs attention, we'll mention it. When we're done, we leave the place better than we found it.
